The First Town Downtown Farmers’ Market on Thursdays from 3:30 to 6:30 at 240 Broad Street in Windsor Center. This well-attended local marketplace includes locally grown fruits, vegetables, baked goods, herbs, eggs, cheese, skincare products, candles and more. Come out for a free summer concert on the green from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm. Tuesday, August 27th is Rock Solid Alibi!
Rock Solid Alibi is a group of seasoned musicians who have performed together over the last 25 years. The band consists of Mike Armentano, Marty Moran and Steve Armentano. They perform classic rock songs appealing to a wide audience demographic.
Choosing material from the 1970s - 2000s, Rock Solid Alibi performs songs from artists such as: Billy Joel, Eric Clapton, 3 Doors Down, Garth Brooks, The Beach Boys, The Rolling Stones, James Brown, Stevie Wonder, Hot Chocolate, The Beatles, The Allman Brothers, Lynyrd Skynyrd and the Cars.
