Town of Windsor Community Development invites local civic organizations, non-profits, neighborhood associations, boards or commissions, and other community groups to submit an application for the Community & Neighborhood Enhancement Grant Program. This Program is designed to support small scale physical improvements as well as annual or one-time events and programs. If you have an idea, project, event, or improvement that will provide a benefit to the community, this is your opportunity to receive a grant to make it a reality. Grants require a 50% match and are available up to a maximum of $5,000 per applicant.
