On Fridays we invite you to First town Chat visit our from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm. to learn more about FTDT, our committees, and membership, and to take a selfie with Paula and Jane to enter a drawing for a $100 Windsor Center gift card!
On June 4th, celebrate Trails Day and Join First Town Downtown in keeping Windsor Center looking beautiful! We need help picking-up trash that is on our sidewalks and alleyways. Join our group of volunteers from 9:00 am -12:00 pm. We will provide gloves, trash bags and bottled water donated by Windsor ACE Hardware.
On June 23rd, both our Concerts on the Green and our Farmers Market starts! Enjoy a variety of fresh, locally grown produce and specialty items with musical entertainment by our very own “Tomaca” from 3:00 – 6:30 pm. And a concert on the green sponsored by the First Town Downtown Board of Directors featuring the Doug Maher Quartet from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
July 9 - 22 First Town Downtown and The Windsor Monarch Project invite you to The Windsor Monarch Festival featuring the Upcycled Pollinator Planter Challenge and "Chairy" Orchard. Local artists will be creating unique monarch butterfly habitat planters using upcycled goods and vintage chairs. Tour them all at storefronts and on the green in Windsor Center. On Saturday July 9 we will be having an Eco Vendor Fair with environmentally-friendly artisans, educational booths and fun activities for the whole family to learn more about our environment and the amazing, protected Monarch butterfly.
