A lively crowd enjoyed free hot chocolate and lots of festive singing! After was a bright and bracing holiday the parade at 6:30 pm. The Torchlight parade included holiday-lighted vehicles and marchers who processed through town with lights, music and fanciful decorations! Did you grab a spot near the street to watch the brightly decorated fire trucks parade by in their holiday glory? The parade route starts at Windsor High School, goes down Capen Street and then on Broad Street to the center of town.
