ONLINE AUCTION RULES
Bidding for the First Town Downtown Taste of Windsor Online Auction will be open from 8:00 AM on March 6, 2021 until 5:00 PM on March 14, 2021 EST.
By bidding in the online auction, each bidder agrees to the auction rules.
First Town Downtown reserves the right to add or withdraw items, to or from this online auction, without notice.
You may bid on as many items as you like.
To bid, comment on the Facebook post with your bid amount in whole dollars, no cents, for at least the minimum bid for the item.
** If you do not have access to Facebook, please ask a family member or friend to bid on your behalf using Facebook. They would simply comment on the post with “Bidding on behalf of: (your name)“ and include the whole dollar bid or buy now amount.
Bids must be increased by increments of at least $5 from the previous bidder.
Any bids not adhering to the Auction Rules will be declared invalid.
If the "Buy It Now" amount is bid on an item, the auction for that item is over. All other items are available for continuous bidding until Sunday, March 14 at 5:00 PM EST.
If you are the winning bidder, auction item purchase is final. No returns or exchanges will be issued. All provisions listed in the item certificates are subject to availability.
If you are the winning bidder, you must pay for your auction item within 7-days from the close of the auction. First Town Downtown will contact you to arrange COVID-safe drop off or pick-up, only after the winning bid amount is paid.
You may bid on any item until the end of the auction on Sunday, March 14, 2021 at 5:00 PM EST.
