How to Bid & Auction Rules

HOW TO BID:


1. To register to bid in our online auction go to:
https://www.32auctions.com/users/new
and enter your name and email address.

2. Auction items include a value, a minimum bid, and a Buy It Now amount. When you see an auction item you like, place your bid on the post with the dollar amount. Bid increments are noted on each item. Most have a minimum increment of $5.

3. If you want to end the auction immediately, choose the Buy It Now price and it's yours!

4. The auction ends on Sunday, February 12th at 5pm. Get your bids in before then! Winners will be contacted shortly after to arrange payment and pickup.

ONLINE AUCTION RULES:


Bidding for the First Town Downtown Taste of Windsor Online Auction will be open from 8:00 AM on Sunday, February 5, 2022 until 5:00 PM on Sunday, February 12, 2022.
  • By bidding in the online auction, each bidder agrees to the auction rules.

  • First Town Downtown reserves the right to add or withdraw items, to or from this online auction, without notice.

  • You may bid on as many items as you like.

  • Bid amounts should be in whole dollars, no cents, and for at least the minimum bid for the item.

  • Any bids not adhering to the Auction Rules will be declared invalid.

  • If the "Buy It Now" amount is bid on an item, the auction for that item is over. All other items are available for continuous bidding until Sunday, February 12 at 5:00 PM EST.


If you are the winning bidder, auction item purchase is final. No returns or exchanges will be issued. All provisions listed in the item certificates are subject to availability. Please pay for your auction item within 7-days from the close of the auction. First Town Downtown will contact you to arrange pick up after the winning bid amount is paid.

You may bid on any item until the end of the auction on Sunday, February 12, 2022 at 5:00 PM EST.

Proceeds benefit First Town Downtown programs and events.
