Join popular horticulturist Gordon Kenneson on Saturday, July 17 from 10-11:30 AM, at Windsor Historical Society for Of Meate and Medicine: Herbs in Early Windsor. Always fascinating, Kenneson will share early remedies for repelling everything from insects to witches, as he highlights plants used to keep early Windsor families healthy! This stimulating discussion will take place outdoors on the grounds of Windsor Historical Society and will feature the Society’s beautiful herb garden. The setting is partially shaded with seating available. No face masks required. Advanced registration is required, program fee is $6 adults, $5 for seniors, $4 for WHS members. Limit 25.
