Pilates
First session starts on Tuesday, September 6 and another session starts on Tuesday November 1 5:15-6:00 PM
Sessions: 8 wks. each
Tuition: $95 /session
Max. enroll 15

A dynamic, total body workout featuring classical Pilates exercises with and without small equipment such as the small ball, stretch band and Pilates ring. You'll strengthen your core, tone your hips and thighs and flatten your abs!
