Chef Jay will be signing his book and doing a LIVE COOKING DEMONSTRATION with free food for participants at the Windsor Public Library on Monday, October 12 from 3 to 6 pm on the patio. Copies of his cookbook will be available for purchase. Come with a friend and enjoy!
