Meet Greg Vaca, founder of Windsor-based GRAVA Properties and developer of the Windsor Center Plaza. He will be presenting the project to the public, taking questions and conducting a walk-through of the site on March 19th at 9:30am at 144 Broad Street (former Arthur Drug). Donuts and coffee will be provided.
