The fun starts with the Carol Sing and Tree Lighting on the Windsor town green at 6:00 pm. During the carol sing, enjoy a complimentary hot chocolate! After the singing comes the parade! At 6:30 the Torchlight Parade of more than 20 vehicles and marchers will began on Capen Street and progress through the town center in all its lights, music and fanciful decorations! We hope you grab a spot near the street to watch the brightly decorated fire trucks and other festive vehicles parade by in their holiday glory! Note: In case of terrible weather, the events will be postponed to Sunday, Dec. 7th.
