Our Economic Enhancement Committee is about strengthening the existing economic base of Windsor Center while diversifying it with compatible, new businesses. Focus is placed not only on existing businesses, but the long-term goal of reconfiguring the mix of goods and services to make Windsor Center balanced, adaptable, and competitive. Members of the Economic Enhancement Committee learn about the current economic condition and identify opportunities. They also work with property owners to reinvest in their buildings as well as finding new economic uses for buildings and lots to enhance the marketability and value of real estate and the center as a whole.
