As you know, First Town Downtown continues to be the champion of Windsor Center and its historic town green. We have a vital mission to maintain and enhance the area, recognizing it as the hub for the entire town. We are dedicated to achieving this mission in partnership with volunteers, business and property owners, along with local civic and government representatives.
In accordance with social distancing guidelines, we continued to draw individuals and families to Windsor Center in 2020. The weekly Farmers’ Market was more popular than ever, and families from all over the region appreciated outdoor holiday season merriment at our Torchlight Parade. We hope to bring back our Summer Concerts on the Green and Nightmare on Broad Street in 2021.
All of the events we are planning this year will be free to the public and your support is vital. Please consider joining our membership, if you haven’t already. You will notice that the membership amounts have been prorated for these last few months of our fiscal year. If you would like to avoid credit card processing fees, please download our Membership Investment Form and mail it to us with a check. Together we can make Windsor Center an even better place to live, work, and enjoy.
