The plan for Windsor Center Plaza will go before the town Planning and Zoning Commission today.
The 2.65-acre site is located at the junction of routes 75, 159 and 305, “a highly visible and central location within the Center Design Development District adjacent to major mass transit nodes,” the application reads.
This mixed use plan is a major part of Windsor center development including residential apartments and storefronts.

We and our presenting sponsor Windsor Federal Savings are getting ready for “Nightmare on Broad Street” on October 31st. Families can trick or treat, get a photo with a ghoul, watch a Halloween movie, and take a hay ride! The evening’s festivities will take place from 5:30 - 7:30 PM. (Broad Street will be closed.)
All the businesses along Broad Street are highly encouraged to decorate in advance of Halloween night with orange lights!

The Farmers Market takes place each Thursday starting on June 23 through October 20, 2022 from 3:00 – 6:30 PM at 240 Broad Street in Windsor Center.
