We are happy to report that the town has transferred ownership of 55 and 69 Mechanic Street to Olde Windsor Station, LLC. The town will have a few days to relocate the parks equipment garage operation to leased space on Addison Road. After that, the developer will begin demolition of the buildings and site preparation. Based on the developer’s construction schedule, the new apartments should be ready for occupancy in June, 2016.
As you know, this is a milestone project for Windsor and especially Windsor Center. Thanks to everyone that played a part in making this possible.
