I just wanted to write and thank you for the wonderful "Nightmare on Broad Street" event. My family lives in Hartford, in an apartment building that doesn't have trick-or-treating, so we wanted to find a place to take our three-year-old son for a Halloween outing. We drove to Windsor and were so impressed! Even though there were hundreds of families milling around, it was so well-organized that it didn't seem crowded. All of the businesses were so friendly and enthusiastic. We rode the horse-drawn carriage, which thrilled my son.
