Halloween 2006

Annual ghoulish Halloween party in Windsor Center. Broad Street is closed off to traffic so kids can trick or treat up and down the street in a safe, well-lit, friendy environment.

There will be halloweenish things to do like scary (and non-scary) face painting, creepy fortune telling, hair-raising hay rides, spooky ghouls and goblins of all kinds and Windsor businesses gave out treats to the kids!

This year's Haunted House in the Chamber building was as spooky as ever! (It's pretty scary; not intended for the little ones.)

Children's games and pictures with a ghoul are available all free of charge thanks to the Chamber of Commerce Retail Committee.

The entire event is free and sponsored by Windsor Federal Savings.

As always, it is a fun, safe, and spooky pre-Halloween Halloween!
