Online Auction & How to Bid

Online Auction 2023

Go to our Online Auction and bid either the minimum, or your top bid. If you put in your cell number, you will be notified if you're outbid.

The auction starts Saturday July 8 at 8:00 am and ends on Friday, July 15 at 5:00 pm EST.
We are posting all the planters at once this year.

Bidders without computers may drop off a bid at the FTDT/Windsor Monarch Project booth at The Windsor Monarch Fest July 8th on town green. OR call in a bid FTDT office, leave your name, ph# Bid amount AND if desired-amount you’re willing to bid up to: 860-247-8982

HOW TO BID:

1. To register to bid in our online auction go to:
https://www.32auctions.com/users/new
and enter your name and email address and cell number if you'd like to get updates on your bids.
Note - if you bid in our Taste of Windsor auction, you should already be registered!

2. Auction items include a minimum bid. Bid increments must be at least $5.

3. The auction ends on Saturday, July 15th at 5pm. Get your bids in before then! Winners will be contacted shortly after to arrange payment and pickup.

ONLINE AUCTION RULES:

Bidding for the First Town Downtown Upcycled Pollinator Planter Challenge Online Auction will be open from 8:00 AM on Saturday, July 8 until 5:00 PM on Saturday, July 15, 2023.

By bidding in the online auction, each bidder agrees to the auction rules.

First Town Downtown reserves the right to add or withdraw items, to or from this online auction, without notice.

You may bid on as many items as you like.

Bid amounts should be in whole dollars, no cents, and for at least the minimum bid for the item.

Any bids not adhering to the Auction Rules will be declared invalid.

If the "Buy It Now" amount is bid on an item, the auction for that item is over. All other items are available for continuous bidding until Saturday, July 15 at 5:00 PM EST.

If you are the winning bidder, auction item purchase is final. No returns or exchanges will be issued. All provisions listed in the item certificates are subject to availability. Please pay for your auction item as soon as possible after you are notified that you are the winning bidder. Planters may be picked up after payment on Sunday, July 16.

You may bid on any item until the end of the auction on Saturday, July 15 at 5:00 PM EST.

Proceeds benefit First Town Downtown programs and events including The Monarch Project and Windsor monarch habitats.
