“A History of the Connecticut River”

Come out to Northwest Park on Thursday, July 21st from 7:00-8:30pm to enjoy a night of History of the Connecticut River with the author, Wick Griswold. Wick is an Associate Professor of Sociology at the University of Hartford. His signature course is the Sociology of the Connecticut River Watershed. He also authored “A History of the Connecticut River” He works with regional and national organizations on environmental educational issues. Light refreshments provided. Northwest Park is located at 145 Lang Road, Windsor CT. The cost is $8.00 for Windsor residents and $10.00 for non-residents.
