There will be a presentation on bluebirds at Northwest Park followed by a hands-on workshop to Build Your Own Bluebird Birdhouse on Saturday, March 12th from 10:00 – 11:30 AM. Learn how to create a nesting habitat for one of Connecticut’s most loved and beneficial birds. Protect this declining species so it can continue to make a comeback! Children must be accompanied by an adult. Bring a hammer and we will provide all other materials. The cost is $10.00 per box. Registration is required either by calling 860-285-1886 or on line at townofwindsorct.com.
