Does this Animal Need My Help?
Join the staff of Northwest Park on March 11th from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM for a “Does this Animal Need My Help?” presentation. Wildlife rehabilitation is the treatment and care of injured, orphaned, or sick animals so they can be released back into the wild. In CT, there is a group of specially trained volunteers who are licensed to care for these animals. What does it take to care for wildlife? What do you need to know if you find an animal in need of help? Who do you contact? Join us for a discussion on native CT wildlife and the resources available to help them. Ages 12 and above. Free. Northwest Park is located at 145 Lang Road, Windsor, CT. Visit www.townofwindsorct.com or call 860-285-1886 for more information.
