The Town of Windsor Human Relations Commission present special guest Dr. Laura Nash, National Endowment for the Humanities & Fairfield University. Dr. Nash will speak on the topic "From Harlem to Hip Hop to African American, Literature and Song" There will be a tasting of "Soul Food" cuisine which will be prepared by "The Eatery Uptown", East Hartford. $5.00 donation will benefit the Scholarship Fund for Windsor High School Graduates.
