First Saturday Learn & Play at Windsor Historical Society March 4!
Have you wanted to visit but can’t wait until we open at 11 AM? Bring the whole crew on Saturday, March 4th, 2017 and from 9 – 11 a.m., and enjoy our Windsor history galleries and Hands-on-History Learning Center at your own pace.  Meet other families, try out our train table, build something spectacular with Legos, “milk” Flavia the cow, don colonial costumes and “cook” up a feast! Perfect for even the youngest learners (crawling is encouraged) with Windsor artist Sue Tait Porcaro offering face painting at 10 a.m. And it’s FREE!

Regular house tours will still be held at 11 AM and 1 PM, and the research library will be open from 11 AM to 4 PM. Cost: Windsor history galleries and Hands-on-History Learning Center: FREE (as always); Strong-Howard House: children 12 and under, teachers, and members are FREE, adults $8, students and seniors $6. Admission covers the whole day if you decide to stay. Next First Saturday date: March 4.
