An Inspirational Evening With Tom Hehir Thursday, October 20 presented by the Hartford Area Chapter of Smart Kids with LD with take place at Windsor Public Library, 323 Broad Street.

Tom Hehir, former Director of the Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) and a Professor at Harvard, will speak about his book, How Did You Get Here: Students with Disabilities and Their Journeys to Harvard co-authored by Laura Schifter. He will share the powerful stories of 16 students profiled in the book, highlighting the critical role parents play in their children's success. His book will be on sale at the event.

Program 7:00 - 8:30 PM

Tickets: $15 in advance; $20 at the door

Proceeds support free educational programs throughout the year.
