Junior Farm Apprentice Program
Join the staff at Northwest Park for a 6 week program which runs each Friday afternoon from April 21st through May 26th at 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM The “Jr. Farm Apprentice” program offers an opportunity for students ages 8-12 years old to experience a connection between raising healthy livestock, growing a variety of plants and eating well. Experience Spring on the farm at Northwest Park! Students will learn homesteading skills such as feeding livestock, collecting eggs, spinning wool, growing and harvesting vegetables and cooking. The cost is $65.00 for Windsor residents, $75.00 for non-residents.
