Please join the staff of Northwest Park and Paul Colburn, Master Wildlife Conservationist on Tuesday, September 27th from 7:00 – 8:30 pm for a free program on black bears. We will focus on the natural history of black bears in Connecticut, an overview of black bear habitat, diet, behavior, reproduction and current research efforts. It also provides practical recommendations for optimum coexistence with our black bear population. Black bear artifacts are shared with the audience.
