Does your child have difficulty expressing his/her inner feelings? Studies have shown that art therapy helps develop problem-solving skills and increases the ability to identify and express both positive and negative feelings.

JoAnne Bauer, PhD art therapist will explain the uses of art therapy and will walk your child through a project of trust. Their finished masterpiece will be shared with others and taken home.

This event is for parents and children in grades 5th-8th.

Pancake breakfast will be served at 8:30 am. The program will begin at 9:00 am and end at 10:15 am.

Please register online or in person at the Windsor Recreation Department.

This event is sponsored by the town of Windsor Social Services, Youth Services Bureau, Police Department and Windsor Public Schools Office of Family and Community Partnerships.
