 Valentine’s for Veterans
Youth and their families are invited create Valentine’s for Veterans cards at 330 Windsor Avenue Community Center on Thursday, February 2 from 5:30-7:00pm. This is a great way to remember our veterans. Cards will be distributed to local veterans’ organizations for Valentine’s Day. Our goal is to collect 100 cards. This activity can be a teachable moment for youth to learn who veterans are and why they are so important to our community. If you are a veteran who would like to receive a card please call the Youth Services Office. Please contact the Youth Services Office at 860-285-1990 for more information. Thank you for your support.
