Water Rights Becoming Water Wars
WHY WATER RIGHTS ARE BECOMING WATER WARS!

Water is our most precious and life-sustaining resource. It has become a hot topic which many now call BLUE GOLD. We owe it to our ourselves and our families to become better informed in order to make the right decisions regarding how our water should be distributed and used, safety and transparency, and the need for legislation to protect water sources and drinking water. There are many facets to the issue. Learn more on October 24.
As part of its mission to educate, the Windsor Conservation Commission as a co-sponsor with SAVE OUR WATER CT invites you to attend this free event on Monday, October 24, 2016 at the Windsor Public Library, 323 Broad St., Windsor, CT. The program runs from 6:30pm-8:15 pm beginning with the showing of the international award winning film “TAPPED.” The short documentary will be followed by a Q&A and the opportunity for the general public, attending legislators, and civic leaders to discuss and give feedback.
Water has become a critical topic that deserves oxygen. Many states have water shortages. Due to lack of rain this year, Connecticut may be joining the water shortage ranks. Special thanks to SAVE OUR WATER for their efforts to educate with this film. Join us for the FREE EVENT. Seating limited. Refreshments served.
