Windsor Garden Club Program “Tom Hazel and his Role as Environmental Planner and Wetlands Agent” for the Town of Windsor”.

Our Program Speaker, Tom Hazel, will have open discussions regarding his current role. Come and learn how he administers and enforces the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Commission regulations and as liaison in reviewing plans for environmental impacts as well as admisters environmental education and conservation programs. Anyone interested in this program or learning more about his role and The Windsor Garden Club are welcome to attend this meeting at no charge.
