We have a fun evening of holiday festivities planned for Saturday, December 6th in Windsor center at 6:00 pm organized by First Town Downtown and sponsored by Windsor Federal Bank.
The fun starts with the Carol Sing and Festive Tree Lighting on the Windsor town green at 6:00 pm. During the carol sing, enjoy a complimentary hot chocolate!
After the singing comes the parade! At 6:30 the Torchlight Parade of more than 20 vehicles and marchers will began on Capen Street and progress through the town center in all its lights, music and fanciful decorations! We hope you grab a spot near the street to watch the brightly decorated fire trucks and other festive vehicles parade by in their holiday glory! There will be prizes for best decorated vehicles including the Santa's Sleigh Award, Mayor's Award and Rudolph's Award with judging by local personalities.
Directly after the Carol Sing and Torchlight Parade, join us for a warm Blazing Bonfire, held at the corner of Mechanic Street and Batchelder Road.

Build a holiday float, light up your truck, tractor, golfcart or car and come join in the parade procession. Open to families, friends, clubs and businesses alike! Let us know if you will be marching with us by emailing windsortorchlightparade@gmail.com for details.
Note: In case of terrible weather, the events will be postponed to Sunday, Dec. 7th.
