WGC welcomes speaker Sarah Rose Kareem who will introduce us to regenerative herb farming. Located at Auer Farm, Bloomfield, Samad Gardens focuses on education, growing medicinal herbs and organic produce, offering apprenticeships, and connecting people with the spiritual nature of gardening.

Sarah Rose will specifically discuss the herb process of “garbling”. We will also be treated to a sampling of herbal tea during this presentation.

Samad Garden's herbal offerings include wellness tea blends for stress relief, digestive support, respiratory support, and heavily feature tulsi (holy basil), mullein leaf, milky oats, korean mint, peppermint, mugwort, dandelion, red clover, and many more nourishing and delicious herbs. Each blend invites the consumer into a closer relationship with nature as the source of all healing and grounding.
