Windsor, CT, April 15, 2024 - First Town Downtown (FTDT) is delighted to announce the appointment of Windsor resident, Debra DeLucia as the new Main Street Manager.

With over 22 years of experience in boosting organizational profitability and performance through high-impact relationships, Debra brings a wealth of expertise and passion to her new role.

Debra's strengths and abilities span a wide range of areas, including budgeting/financial management, strategic planning, project/risk management, and innovative decision-making.

Prior to joining FTDT, Debra served as an Account Specialist and Program Planner for a national advertising and marketing company. Her strategic development initiatives consistently surpassed expectations and played a pivotal role in driving organizational growth.
In addition to her professional achievements, Debra has actively contributed to the community through her involvement with the Windsor Lions Club, where she held various offices and received awards for her dedication to local service and support initiatives. Her heartfelt dedication to community service aligns well with FTDT's mission to position and promote Windsor Center as a premier New England town center. Debra also takes pleasure in spending quality time with her family and friends, engaging in art, enjoying nature walks, hiking, and participating in volunteering activities.

Debra holds a background in Graphic Communications and Graphic Design, with a strong foundation in print media, marketing and advertising. Her commitment to excellence, coupled with her proactive approach to problem-solving and deep-rooted love for Windsor over the past 19 years make her a valuable addition to the FTDT team.

Debra is excited to embark on this new chapter with FTDT, as the organization continues to build on its proud heritage and develop vibrant recreational, economic, and cultural activities in Windsor Center.
