At the Farmers Market this Thursday from 3 pm to 6 pm we'll have a fantastic assortment off vendors for locally grown veggies, fruits, baked goods, herbs, meats, skincare products, and more.
There will be fabulous musical entertainment by Andy Lepak of Wildweeds fame.
Terry Walters, author of "NOURISH" will be here!
NOURISH features 200 all-new plant-based recipes organized by season in an easy-to-use format that lays flat and stays open as you cook! With an entire section on Fermentation and Gut Health, including how-to information and recipes, you will be inspired and empowered to start making your own probiotic-rich fermented foods. There is abundant information on healthy cooking techniques and tips, including how to reduce phytic acid and lectins, pressure cooking, and a deep dive into individual ingredients and tools.

A rockin' nine piece band paying tribute to the great 60's - 70's and 80's Horn Bands. A powerhouse rhythm and horn section delivering a variety of Classic Rock, R & B, Blues, Soul and Funk, with a touch of Country thrown in - to keep you moving on the dance floor.
